With Applane CRM being launched on the Google Apps Marketplace, lots of users have inquired about our current and future integration points with Google Apps. Applane CRM already supports integration with Google Calendar, universal navigation, Single sign-on and Google provisioning API. In addition to the already existing integrations, Applane CRM team is working towards implementing more integration points. Customer relationship management is a broadly recognized, widely-implemented strategy for managing and nurturing a company ’s interactions with clients and sales prospects. This is how some of the very credential webpages define a CRM tool. But do all existing CRM’s really serve the required purpose? While exploring an answer to this significant research, we concluded that there are lot of such features which are in dire need by the industry but are missing in almost all the existing CRM tools. Applane finally decided to take an initiative in picking up those non addressed issues and created Applane CRM.

Now you can create multiple tasks in a single go. You will see a new menu “Create multiple tasks” under “Create task”. Just enter the multiple tasks & click ’save’. We will create a task for each line.
If you want to assign task to one or more friends/colleagues, just write their separated email Ids after a semi-colon. You can select a project if these tasks belongs to a project. Also you can assign due date & priority to these tasks.

Users will now be able to add tags to the prospect organizations. These tags can be very handy later for running campaigns to identify relevant organizations for a particular product or service.
